Cindy is the Founder of Special Delivery, the Amarillo TX office of Nightlight Christina Adoptions. Cindy graduated from WTAMU in Canyon with a teaching degree. She taught elementary school for twelve years before starting the agency. Special Delivery was licensed in 2006 as a child placing agency in the state of Texas. She lives in Amarillo and has two grown children and four grandchildren. In 2021 Special Delivery merged with Nightlight Christian Adoptions.
